TEACH Me ADHD for 8–12-year-olds
The original TEACH Me ADHD classes were designed by Developmental Pediatrician Nerissa Bauer. Each detective-themed class is designed for 8-12-year-olds to take with a parent or other trusted adult. They are online and run about 75 minutes in length, more or less depending on participation of the group.
After each class, families work on Deeds and Missions to practice the skills learned in class. Families can upload "evidence" of completion to earn points toward a raffle.
Check out a few of the after-class images to get a glimpse into what we cover:

I can’t meet to meet my new recruits!
Director’s Cut for 13–18-year-olds
I designed Director’s Cut as theater-themed workshops for 13–18-year-olds, but even teens without an interest in the theater find the workshops engaging and helpful.
Each workshop is 60 to 90 minutes in length depending upon participation and can be done with or without parents. Parents will get information about the class by email before class and in a series of follow-up emails for the month following the course.
The TEACH Me ADHD: Director’s Cut series is now offering on-demand scheduling for:
✅ One-on-One Workshops
✅ Private Groups (minimum 3 participants)
✅ Public Groups (minimum 3 participants)
🎯 What teens will learn:
✨ Understanding ADHD & anxiety
✨ Building executive functioning skills
✨ Mastering emotional regulation
✨ Boosting motivation & independence
After each class teens (the Directors) will work on skills independently - behaviors won't change if skills are not practiced. Each workshop includes free downloads of course-specific worksheets. Parents are considered Stage Managers to help keep their “Director” on track completing these self-help worksheets! Teens will learn to be more independent and become the director of their own lives by practicing skills learned in the workshops.
Those who want a printed copy of all worksheets and a pdf to print extra copies can purchase a book for $50 or get it free if all 10 workshops are purchased.
📅 Schedule at YOUR convenience and watch your teen thrive!
You can now request a time to take a workshop by using Calendly.
Once your request is made, we will open the scheduler to register for the course if you choose a group session or send a direct link if you want a one-on-one session.
Individual courses are $100 and groups of 3 or more are $50 per person. Each individual workshop is about 60 minutes. Allow up to 90 minutes with groups to allow for all to participate.
Invite friends to learn together and to get a discount! If you need us to help gather a group together to get the group discount, please schedule in advance.
🎭 Set the stage for success!
