🕵️♀️TEACH Me ADHD Registration is OPEN!
Don't miss out - class size is limited!
🎉 General Registration OPENs January 13th! 🎉
I’m thrilled to announce that General Registration for TEACH Me ADHD opens tomorrow morning! Kids and their parents can learn about ADHD, executive functioning, and emotional regulation in fun and engaging ways!
As always, VIPs who register from the Wait Lists get a discount and a chance to register before the doors open to everyone. Priority Registration ends at midnight ET tonight, so anyone can register starting Monday morning! Don’t wait too long — doors close early if classes fill.
If your family follows with the Pediatric Partners - an Affiliate of Children's Mercy practice, you can request a discount code by portal messaging me (Dr Stuppy). All practice patients are eligible, not just mine. Dr Dilts is also offering a discount for her patients, so reach out to her if you're one of her patients.
Unfortunately, ADHD has a lot of stigma and misunderstanding surrounding it (although it is slowly getting better). Families taking this detective-themed course will gain a better understanding of what ADHD is and what it isn't. Kids (Junior Detectives) will meet other kids with similar struggles. They’ll learn they aren’t alone.
Families who take 🕵️♀️ TEACH Me ADHD for 8–12-year-olds take it TOGETHER so you'll have opportunities to continue talking and learning.
If you missed my last promotion encouraging you to sign up for the Wait List, you can still register until doors close on January 17th (sooner if the classes fill). If you’re a practice patient, don’t forget to ask for your discount.
Classes meet weekly for 8 weeks from January 26th through March 23rd (with a skip week for the Superbowl on February 9th!) at 5pm ET/ 4pm CST.
If these times don’t work, Dr. Jennifer Dilts is going to offer another session on Wednesdays starting January 22nd at 6:00pm CST/ 7:00pm ET (no class February 12th).
At the end of the 8 weeks, you and your child will have:
a common language with which to talk about ADHD
tools and strategies in your toolbox for nurturing executive functions
dedicated family time having fun and learning how to see things in a positive way
clear understanding of what your family role is and what elements are needed in your child’s ADHD care plan

Alt text is not available for collages. This is a collage of 4 testimonials. Top left: There are quote marks around I can now see her using many of the things she learned in the classes. Her brain was just too messy for her to use them with any regularity at the time they were learned. Now that there is a clearness, she's able to pull the tools out and use them appropriately. There's a small Teach me ADHD logo. The top right image states We really enjoyed the TEACH Me ADHD course. My most memorable thing was after the class about medication my daughter said, “so that’s why I take medication.” She also got into the class and didn’t want to miss a week. We did classes while driving in a car. G C Sr Detective The bottom left image Testimonial from Sr. Detective Frizzle. I wanted to say Thank You for the course you lead, your commitment to helping kids and families who struggle with kids who have behavioral challenges. We have appreciated your calmness, approach and your expertise. The bottom right says Teach Me ADHD was great for our family. It really helped us get familiar with ADHD and start to build the skills that we need for the journey of raising a child with ADHD. We may not be able to immediately use some of the items we learn each week, but it helps me pause in certain situations to realize what is happening with our child and change my direction in order to prevent a blow up. Too Old for TEACH Me ADHD?
Don’t fret! Teens can learn in their own theater-themed online workshops!
Teens who take one or more of the 🎭 Director’s Cut Teen Workshops will learn important life skills like emotional regulation, motivation, and independence, setting the stage for success in school and beyond.
Director’s Cut for 13–18-year-olds
I designed Director’s Cut as theater-themed workshops for 13–18-year-olds, but even teens without an interest in the theater find the workshops engaging and helpful.
Each workshop is 60 to 90 minutes in length depending upon participation and can be done with or without parents. Parents will get information about the class by email before class and in a series of follow-up emails for the month following the course.
The TEACH Me ADHD: Director’s Cut series is now offering on-demand scheduling for:
✅ One-on-One Workshops
✅ Private Groups (minimum 3 participants)
✅ Public Groups (minimum 3 participants)
🎯 What teens will learn:
✨ Understanding ADHD & anxiety
✨ Building executive functioning skills
✨ Mastering emotional regulation
✨ Boosting motivation & independence
After each class teens (the Directors) will work on skills independently - behaviors won't change if skills are not practiced. Each workshop includes free downloads of course-specific worksheets. Parents are considered Stage Managers to help keep their “Director” on track completing these self-help worksheets! Teens will learn to be more independent and become the director of their own lives by practicing skills learned in the workshops.
Those who want a printed copy of all worksheets and a pdf to print extra copies can purchase a book for $50 or get it free if all 10 workshops are purchased.
📅 Schedule at YOUR convenience and watch your teen thrive!
You can now request a time to take a workshop by using Calendly.
Once your request is made, we will open the scheduler to register for the course if you choose a group session or send a direct link if you want a one-on-one session.
Individual courses are $100 and groups of 3 or more are $50 per person. Each individual workshop is about 60 minutes. Allow up to 90 minutes with groups to allow for all to participate.
Invite friends to learn together and to get a discount! If you need us to help gather a group together to get the group discount, please schedule in advance.
🎭 Set the stage for success!
